COMFORT CHALET 2 : 4/6 persons - 30m².

The chalet confort 2 is a modern and spacious rental. It's a real little house, with the charm of wood in addition.

The kitchen is fully equipped, from the microwave oven to the dishwasher, nothing is missing to allow you to spend a long stay with all the necessary comfort. The kitchen is open to the living room, equipped with a BZ bench that can accommodate 2 additional people.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140cm, the second has two bunk beds in 90cm.

The bathroom is spacious. It is equipped with a large Italian shower.

The toilets are independent.

Like all our rentals, the chalet confort 2 benefits from a covered outdoor terrace with garden furniture to take meals outdoors.

THE INVENTORY

Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 people.
Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, duvet and pillows. Bed linen is extra.
Bedroom 2: 90 cm bunk beds, duvets and pillows. Bed linen in supplement.
Living room : Indoor dining table and chair and sofa bed (double bed), flat screen TV 48 cm.
Bathroom : Italian shower, a washbasin + storage unit. Bathroom linen in supplement.

Outside: covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 people.
Hygiene / Cleaning : Cleaning of the rentals is compulsory, dustbin, broom, dustpan, common rubbish chute, selective waste sorting. Everything necessary for the housekeeping of the chalet is also inside.
Vehicle: our rentals are located in a pedestrian area. A traffic lane has been created to allow vehicles to be loaded and unloaded on arrival and departure days. Secure parking inside the campsite.

Out of season: arrival and departure every day of the week, from 3pm.
Season (July and August): arrival and departure possible on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

The rentals are to be returned clean. A cleaning fee of 30€ can be taken as a supplement on arrival.
On your arrival, an inventory will be drawn up and a 300€ deposit (cheque, bank imprint or cash) will be required.
